Returns & Refunds

At ANIVBILVA, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are personal care and beauty items, we follow the policy below for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged, broken or leaking
• You received the wrong product
• The product is expired or defective

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return if it meets the conditions above.
