Shipping Policy

ANIVBILVA ships all orders from Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh, to addresses across India.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch for most locations in India. Remote areas may take a few extra days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or festivals.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹999 or more ship free. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹79. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within India only.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within 10 business days, please contact us with your order number. Please see our Refund Policy (https://anivbilva.com/policies/refund-policy) for details.
